What does it feel like? Is it safe?

This means that doing anything else at the same time is strictly out of the question. So make sure you don’t start listening to in on the stereo in the car! If it’s so relaxing, is there a chance I might fall asleep?

Yes it can happen, but it doesn’t matter if you do. Don’t forget that the recording ‘speaks’ to your subconscious mind. That means it doesn’t really matter if you do fall asleep, since it will still get the messages that are being spoken.

The only thing we would suggest is that if you fall asleep a lot while you are listening to it, you should listen to it when you are more awake too. If you do this you will get the best possible results out of it.

It might feel a little strange to listen to this kind of recording to begin with. But do persevere with it. Once you are used to listening to it you will relax more and stop thinking about what is being said.
